Michelle Zoryan, DVM

Dr. Zoryan is a dedicated veterinarian with a long time passion for providing care to the animals in her community. Dr. Zoryan earned her doctorate degree from Kansas State University, School of Veterinary Medicine in 2003.  After working as a veterinarian in Los Angeles for nearly a decade, she established Mohawk Alley Animal Hospital in East LA.  More recently, she decided to transition her life full time to the desert. In her new position at Veterinary Urgent Care of the Desert, Dr. Zoryan aims to offer comprehensive and compassionate veterinary services to her beloved Coachella Valley.  

As a child, Dr. Zoryan visited the desert frequently with her family.  During these trips, she developed a deep appreciation for the unique beauty and quietude of the desert cities. As a proud pet parent herself, Dr. Zoryan understands the importance of the human-animal bond.  She shares her home with three beloved cats and a scruffy terrier mix who keep her on her toes, and remind her of the joy that animals bring to their families lives.

When she's not caring for animals, Dr. Zoryan enjoys exploring the desert's natural wonders, hiking its trails, reading, traveling, and admiring the deserts unique architecture.
