Joseph serves as the Operations Manager at Veterinary Urgent Care of the Desert, where he oversees hospital operations with a focus on efficiency, safety, and compliance. He manages inventory and the hospital pharmacy, including controlled substances, and works closely with vendors, representatives, and contractors to ensure equipment and facilities remain in top working order. Joseph also leads OSHA safety initiatives and ensures the hospital maintains compliance with DEA regulations.

His career in veterinary medicine began in 2012 as a kennel attendant at a general practice hospital. After a brief break from the field, he returned in 2020 and has been an integral part of Veterinary Urgent Care of the Desert since its very beginning in 2023. Joseph is passionate about supporting the hospital team and ensuring both staff and patients have a safe, well-equipped environment.

Outside of work, Joseph enjoys playing video games, going to the gym, watching horror movies, and celebrating all things Halloween.
